Cancellation & return
If you want to cancel and return a bought item:
As a private customer you have the right to cancel/return your order within 14 days.
Businesses do not have the right of cancellation.
The right of cancellation expires 14 days after the day that you receive your purchase.
If the right of cancellation expires on a national holiday (sellers country) the right of cancellation is extended until the following business day.
To return a bought item

Contact me as quickly as possible.
Returning an item is on your own expenses
You must pay for shipping the item back to me without any further delay, and no later than 14 days after you have informed me through mail that you would like to return your purchase.
The item can not be sent as "recipient pays shipping" or without delivery to my address.

Remember to get a receipt as proof for your shipment back the item to me.
I expect that the returned item is without any damage
You must take care of that the item you bought and wish to return is securely wrapped when you sent it back. You are responsible for the package until I receive it. If the item has been handled in a way that decreases its resale value, I will only be able to refund an amount less than the original paid amount or none.
When the item has returned to me without any damage and in good shape (all as new)
I will transfer you shortly after to the same account as in the initial payment. Unfortunately, I can not return to other accounts that has not been a part of your purchase in my shop.
Danish customers are under the right of the Purchase Act (Købelovens regler) that claims the right to complain up till 24 months after purchasement. This means that you as a customer have the right to complain about defects concerning your bought item. This right does not count if the item got defects caused by wrong usement or maintenance or simply normal use.

It is also a good idea to attach a photo that may give me a better insight.
I strive to answer any email within in 48 hours.
